Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Project Engineering teams and drive the successful development of advanced power systems and technologies. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring engineering excellence, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and delivering programs that meet customer, quality, cost, and timing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in power-related products and systems, including but not limited to high-voltage electric vehicle applications, low-voltage electrical systems, and other power management solutions manufactured by Methode. A strong understanding of the integration between product design, engineering development, and manufacturing processes is essential to ensure scalable, high-quality product launches. The successful candidate will bring a balanced combination of mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, proven leadership experience, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. This position will lead engineering team members across multiple global regions and will be responsible for overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and design through validation, launch, and ongoing support. The Senior Engineering Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Program Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain, as well as with customers, to deliver solutions that meet evolving market and application requirements.
