Education
Associate’s degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Experience
Minimum of six (6) years of administrative experience, including previous experience supporting Senior Executive Service (SES) or other executive-level personnel.
Recent experience within the past three (3) to five (5) years providing executive-level administrative, office management, or technical support services to government agencies, preferably within the Department of War (DoW).
Experience formatting, processing, and maintaining official documents and records.
Experience managing executive calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating high-level meetings and video teleconferences (VTCs), and corresponding via email.
Experience preparing official correspondence, presentations, and other administrative materials for SES or executive-level personnel.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to exercise professional and independent judgment and initiative.
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and under strict deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Previous executive-level administrative or office management support experience within the Department of War (DoW), Department of the Navy, or Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
Experience processing official travel using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Familiarity with Department of the Navy correspondence standards, including SECNAV M-5216.5.
Experience maintaining records in government systems, including SMARTS and SEAS.

The final base salary offered within this range will depend on a variety of objective factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, specialized technical skills, education, certifications, and geographic work location. Our internal pay structure is designed to allow placement across the range based on candidate qualifications relative to internal peer equity. In addition to base salary, candidates possessing an active, verifiable security clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI) may be eligible for a government clearance differential or specialized premium pay. Final compensation placement is determined by clearance level, polygraph status, and contract-specific customer requirements. This position is eligible for performance bonuses, sign-on incentives, and comprehensive benefits.
