This position will handle core administrative duties for a Founding Firm Partner as well as a wide array of other responsibilities including special ad hoc projects. The Senior Executive Team Assistant will collaborate with other Partner Support team members and broader ICONIQ Support Team colleagues.
What You'll Do:
Own and proactively manage complex, high-volume calendar coordination.
Provide support managing complex, high-volume email inbox.
Support on travel planning and execution, periodically across different time zones, owning fully as the role evolves.
Manage team’s expense reports including gathering receipts and processing monthly reports for the firms Partner / Co-Founder via Ramp.
Logistical organization for mass outreach efforts, including marketing sends, holiday gift/card campaigns, etc.
Timely responsiveness outside of "regular" business hours, at times on a 24/7 basis.
Ideal Candidate Background:
7+ years of experience working in Private Equity, Investment Banking and/or Consulting environments strongly preferred, but not required (open to fast-paced and high-pressure work environments).
Superior communication skills, unquestioned integrity, and the experience, confidence, and presence to work with all levels of the firm including external counterparts.
Highly motivated, self-driven, solution and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude, no task too big or too small.
Strong time management skills: ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a strong degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to think independently and provide creative solutions.
Expert experience with Microsoft Office required, experience with Salesforce and Monday.com ideal but not required.
