We oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis to provide insights for strategic planning, operational decisions, performance analysis, and collaborating with leadership to align financial goals with company objectives. Role Responsibilities Manage, lead and develop annual and long-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, collaborating with operations teams and leadership. Analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain complex financial models for various business scenarios, potential investments, and business cases. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, conduct variance analysis on granular level, and recommend areas for improvement or cost reduction. Create financial models, dashboards, and detailed reports for senior management. Share frequent reports and updates with key stakeholder on time. Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to formulate strategic plans, align financial goals with business objectives, and provide actionable insights. Identify and implement process improvements in planning, reporting, and financial systems (ERP, FP&A software, BI tools) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
