Senior Full stack Developer

Position Summary: The Developer designs, develops, tests, and deploys scalable web applications and enterprise solutions. You will build and maintain applications using Python, React.js, Java/Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, and AWS services while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern software development practices, cloud technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - 5+ years of hands-on backend development experience using Python. - 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience using React.js. - Hands-on experience developing applications using Java and Spring Boot. - Experience designing and developing microservices-based architectures. - Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. - Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB. - Familiarity with AWS services including S3, EC2, Lambda, SQS, and RDS. - Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. - Experience using JIRA for project and task management. - Proficiency in creating accurate estimates for assigned tasks and work efforts. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, database design, and data modeling. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with non-technical client stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot for code generation, review, validation, and development workflow optimization.
