Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview What You’ll Be Doing We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our team supporting a multi-year Federal contract. The developer will be a key member of an Agile/Scrum team responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining modern web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Angular, AngularJS, REST APIs, and relational databases. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with the Java/Spring ecosystem and front-end development using Angular and AngularJS. Experience with Azure, containerization, and DevOps practices is preferred and will support the team’s modernization and delivery objectives. In this role, you will work across multiple application layers, diagnose and resolve production issues, contribute actionable feedback during code reviews, and collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable application enhancements. Responsibilities Participate throughout the Agile software development lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and retrospective activities. Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot. Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, AngularJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS. Design and implement RESTful web services and APIs using Spring Boot. Integrate front-end applications with backend services and databases. Develop application components following established coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices. Work with relational databases, including SQL Server, and develop efficient SQL queries and database integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving application quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
