Who You Will Work With: The vacant Senior Group Product Manager role will report to the Head, KONEK. A Senior Group Product Manager (Sr. GPM) leads a portfolio of product teams focused on delivering strategic outcomes across a major area of the business. A Sr. GPM oversees multiple product managers, drives the vision and execution of critical product lines, and serves as a cross-functional leader aligning engineering, design, data, marketing, and business stakeholders. Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members; Resolve conflicts that may arise, addressing issues promptly and fairly. Effectively and proactively identify upcoming team needs based on future product roadmap, and ensure the team has what it needs to successfully execute on upcoming projects to maximize value delivered.  Portfolio Product Strategy and Roadmap Define, evolve, and drive the multiyear product vision, strategy, and roadmap across a portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with company strategy, market shifts, and long-term business goals. Drive Business Performance and Outcomes Maintain end to end accountability for product performance across the portfolio, including P&L oversight, key performance outcomes, and data driven optimization of investment, prioritization, and results.
