About the Role As a Senior Implementation Operations Specialist, you will independently identify operational challenges, analyze data, manage improvement projects, and develop scalable solutions for the Implementation organization. You will work closely with Implementation leadership and cross-functional partners to translate complex business needs into clear processes, documentation, training, and measurable improvements. Additionally, the Senior Implementation Operations Specialist will drive initiatives that improve the efficiency, scalability, and maturity of our Implementation organization. This role combines business analysis, project management, process improvement, data validation, stakeholder communication, and training. Responsibilities Analyze and validate data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other sources to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and operational insights Build reports and analyses that support Implementation leadership’s decision-making and provide clear, actionable recommendations Identify and manage operational improvement opportunities and strategic initiatives from initial problem identification through delivery Gather requirements, develop solutions, manage risks and dependencies, resolve blockers, and measure project outcomes Maintain project documentation, status updates, and visibility through Jira and other project management tools Develop a strong understanding of Keeper’s product suite and Implementation processes to identify meaningful opportunities for improvement Evaluate and improve existing processes…
