Hatch is seeking an experienced Senior Interface and Integration Manager - Systems Engineer to join our global Systems Integration and Assurance practice in Poland . Reporting to the Regional Lead, Systems Integration & Assurance , the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering interface management and systems integration services for major international rail and metro programmes, from tender stage throughout to the [project delivery and inoperatiojn iof large, fully automated European metro programme. The role will involve coordinating technical interfaces across railway systems, rolling stock, stations, tunnels, depots, civil infrastructure, operations and maintenance. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary international team involving designers, contractors, systems suppliers, operators and other programme delivery partners. We are looking for an experienced rail or infrastructure professional who understands how different systems, disciplines and organisations must work together to deliver an integrated and operable railway. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills. As the successful candidate, you will: Lead interface management activities on major rail and metro programmes. Establish and maintain interface management processes, plans and working arrangements. Identify and coordinate internal and external interfaces across systems, infrastructure, rolling stock, operations and maintenance. Develop and maintain Interface Registers, Interface Matrices and Interface Control Documents. Facilitate interface workshops and multidisciplinary technical coordination meetings.
