We are currently seeking a Senior JAVA Full Stack/AWS Developer - Remote Canada Role. to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA). We are seeking an experienced  Senior Java Full Stack Developer with AWS   to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across backend and frontend technologies, Microservices, REST APIs, databases, and modern software engineering practices. The role requires close collaboration with architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams while providing technical guidance and contributing to architecture, design, development, testing, and production delivery. Day to Day Job Duties Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end enterprise applications using Java and modern frontend technologies. Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using React or Angular. Design and deploy cloud-native applications and services on AWS. Integrate applications with internal/external APIs, databases, messaging platforms, and AWS services. Develop event-driven and asynchronous solutions using AWS and messaging technologies. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Develop and optimize SQL queries and application data-access components. Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot application, API, cloud, and production issues and perform root cause analysis. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. Support containerized application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes/EKS. Participate in technical design, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, estimation, and release planning. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development. 4+ years of experience developing Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed applications. 3+ years of experience with React or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on AWS.
