About this Position The Full Stack Senior Lead Application Developer performs complex systems analysis and advanced programming across frontend and backend technology stacks. This role evaluates technical feasibility, prepares project proposals, and develops/modifies systems to meet business needs while applying secure coding, performance, and maintainability standards. The position leads projects, directs and mentors developers/contractors, and provides technical leadership across architecture, implementation, testing, release, and production support. The role works independently, collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, and keeps management informed of assignment progress, risks, and outcomes. This salary range for this role is $140,000 - $145,000. This role is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future. Core Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support secure, scalable full-stack applications and APIs using modern engineering practices. Lead technical solution design, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept efforts for complex business and technology initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, QA, and business partners to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Apply microservices, cloud-native, and full-stack design patterns that promote performance, maintainability, and reusability.
