About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior macOS Engineer, AI &Security, to design and build advanced security applications and platform capabilities across Apple platforms. This is also an opportunity to be part of an exciting new AI initiative, bringing deep macOS and systems expertise to a new area of engineering and helping shape its technical direction from an early stage. You’ll work close to the Apple operating system and security stack, developing capabilities that protect devices, applications, identities, and network communications in complex enterprise environments. The role involves building networking, endpoint security, device-management, and system-level capabilities using Apple frameworks and APIs. You’ll solve complex engineering challenges involving networking, process and system behavior, authentication, certificates, cryptography, and enterprise device management. Beyond the core security work, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape a new AI project from the ground up. You’ll bring your Apple platform and systems expertise to an emerging area, contribute to key technical decisions, and help turn new ideas into secure, reliable capabilities for macOS and iOS. This role is ideal for a senior engineer with strong Apple platform fundamentals, systems programming, networking, and security expertise who enjoys working deep within the operating system, tackling technically challenging problems, and building sophisticated security controls without compromising performance, reliability, or user experience.
