About the Role
As a Senior Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the maintenance operations for one of our apartment communities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and residents love where they live. This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership and operational oversight.
What You'll Do

Property Maintenance
Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.
Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance.
Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
Operations
Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software.
Maintain budgets and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team.
Provide feedback and foster a positive work environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
