Join the family and expand your horizons!  Just some of our benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401k Tuition reimbursement 13 paid holidays in addition to paid vacation and sick time Flexible spending Life Insurance, AD&D and Supplemental Insurance POSITION SUMMARY   The Senior Maintenance Technician provides expertise for equipment installation, start- up and maintenance of plant equipment .   2nd shift is Monday- Thursday 4:00p-2:30a; Occasional day time OT on Fridays ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary .     1.       Preventative Maintenance ( 40 %)   Perform routine tasks such as greasing bearings, changing belts, changing oil, performing inspections, cleaning equipment, etc to maintain equipment reliability.   Support production workers during routine preventative maintenance activities; ( TPM).    Identify key preventative tasks and implement them into company CMMS, to increase machine reliability.   Optimize machine cycle times to maximize machine output.     Equipment Repair ( 25 %)   Install, repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment.   Dismantle machinery to remove or replace defective parts.    Optimize use of maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies needed to repair equi p ment to OEM standards.    Repair facility and building items as needed.   Equipment Troubleshooting ( 25 %)   Identify complex electrical, mechanical and pneumatic problems on production machinery and facility equipment .     Locates sources of problems by observing machinery in operation.   Utilize tools to isolate malfunctioning equipment (ex.
