About the role We're hiring a Senior Manager, Collaboration Platform Engineering to lead Nscale's collaboration and productivity platform capability as the company scales globally. You'll shape how Nscale uses Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Notion and approved AI productivity tools. This role goes beyond administration: you'll own platform strategy, automation, governance and adoption, helping teams communicate, share knowledge and get work done. You'll lead a team building secure, scalable and AI-enabled collaboration platforms, partnering with business teams to turn their ways of working into practical platform improvements. What you'll be doing Collaboration Platform Strategy Define and deliver the roadmap for Nscale's collaboration and productivity platforms. Maximise business value from Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Notion and related tools. Establish standards for collaboration, knowledge management, workflow automation and information governance. Rationalise overlapping tools to reduce complexity, cost and duplication. Partner with business teams to understand how they work and drive adoption of approved platforms. Platform Engineering and Operations Own the engineering, configuration and lifecycle of collaboration platforms. Keep platforms secure, reliable, scalable and integrated with identity, endpoint, security and service-management processes. Govern admin access, platform configuration, integrations, exceptions and significant changes. Manage platform health, performance, licensing, adoption and operational metrics. Provide escalation support for complex platform issues. Automation and Workflow Enablement Identify opportunities to automate manual business and Technology Operations processes. Build and govern automations using platform-native capabilities, APIs, scripts and workflow tooling. Improve joiner, mover, leaver, approval, request, reporting and collaboration workflows.
