ABOUT THE POSITION
The Senior Resource Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing preventative maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to manage maintenance teams and optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example to ensure everyone stays safe and productive, escalating roadblocks to develop a safe path forward.
Collaborate with regional directors on financial planning to ensure all activities remain within budget and aligned with financial targets.
On-site management of resources staff, including employees, vendors, contractors, etc.
Lead and mentor maintenance technicians and contractors.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance
Enforce OSHA and NFPA safety standards.
Train team members on safe work practices and predictive maintenance tools.
Stay current with certifications and industry standards.
