About the Role SimpliSafe is growing a lean, high-impact Procurement team, and we're looking for a Senior Manager, Indirect Sourcing & Procurement to serve as a strategic partner across the full range of indirect spend categories from marketing and technology to professional services, people programs, and operations. At SimpliSafe, Procurement operates as a strategic enabler, not a transactional function. We're customer-obsessed, so every sourcing decision should ultimately help us protect and serve our customers better, faster, or more affordably. We aim high on complex, high-visibility categories with a “make-it-happen” mindset, and we do it as one team, with no ego, lifting up stakeholders and teammates as we climb, and staying lean and nimble so we can move at the speed the business needs. This is a highly visible role for someone who can flex across categories GTM and marketing, IT and technology, professional and consulting services, HR and people programs, contact center and monitoring center operations, data and analytics, corporate services, and other indirect spend areas as the business evolves. The ideal candidate brings broad category fluency, financial acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the interpersonal skill to influence senior stakeholders in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter to build a truly cross-functional sourcing practice and grow into a future procurement leader.
