We’re hiring for a hybrid role. You’ll work on-site with your team several days each week (typically 2–3), with the specific days set by your manager. Because regular in-person collaboration is central to this job, we look for candidates who live within about 50 miles of the office.

Job Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This individual will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network infrastructure across both datacenter and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise networking and firewall technologies, and a strong understanding of secure, scalable, and high-performance network architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and manage complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network topologies in hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environments
Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise firewall solutions, with a focus on security and segmentation
Collaborate with security, systems, and DevOps teams to support network infrastructure supporting mission-critical applications
Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and configuration management across network environments
Lead root cause analysis of network-related issues and outages
Contribute to documentation, diagrams, and runbooks for operational excellence
Support compliance initiatives through secure architecture and audit preparation
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of professional experience in enterprise network engineering
Demonstrated expertise in firewall configuration, rule management, and troubleshooting (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/FTD, Fortinet, etc.)
