To support our constant endeavour to position Hong Kong as a world-class smart city and an international hub of innovation and technology, we are seeking qualified professionals to fill the following position(s):
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase orders, PO payment requests, and supplier management process, and ensuring compliance with related policies and procedures
Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms and conclude the purchase activities
Responsible for fixed asset management activities of the company
Assist in managing all documentation and maintain good record trail of transactions
Assist in ad-hoc projects and report preparation for management when necessary
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
A minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience in a sizable organization
Fresh graduates or candidates with an Associate Degree and less experience may also be considered for the Assistant Officer position
Knowledge in sourcing and procurement of corporate services, IT items, professional services or research and development (R&D) products/services
