Job Purpose
Responsible for MV & LV network operation and leading maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and continuous power distribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead operation and maintenance of MV & LV distribution networks.
Identify, troubleshoot, and isolate faults in transformers, cables, and switchgear.
Perform and supervise switching, isolation, and restoration activities.
Monitor network voltage, load, and system performance.
Execute and follow preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Ensure fast response and restoration during network faults.
Coordinate with operations, control center, and HSE teams.
Supervise technicians and guide junior engineers.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Prepare maintenance and performance reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Experience: 4–8 years in MV/LV electrical distribution O&M.
Required Competencies
Strong MV/LV network knowledge.
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
MS Office proficiency.
