The Role:
As a Senior People Services Generalist , you will assist in defining and driving projects across the People & Culture function, along with supporting the planning, integration, coordination, and management of the knowledge and information management tasks and priorities.
Your Contribution:
- Drive, document, and organize the People & Culture global knowledge management standard.
- Create, maintain, and publish intuitive employee-facing content to assist with the delivery of People & Culture programs.
- Assist with identifying, creating, and maintaining processes, templates, and other content for People & Culture internal teams that enable training, quality, consistency, and delivery on queries.
- Identify and drive knowledge management processes, information flow, functional requirements, training, and other continuous improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational effectiveness throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure full understanding of customer requirements; identifying, evaluating, and recommending solutions to deliver an excellent employee experience.
- Partner with HR CoEs and the business to lead process improvements across all People Services programs, data reporting, processes, and systems.
- Drive a quality mindset to develop and introduce measures to define progress and measure success.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a broad HR Administration or HR Services environment, preferably in a complex, multi-national environment or standalone Generalist role.
- Proven knowledge and practical application of HR processes and practices.
- Prior working knowledge of HR information systems, preferably Workday.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and processing payroll inputs.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, along with attention to detail.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to build relationships and interact at all levels of the organization.
- Highly adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to multitask and work to tight timelines.
- Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in German or French is a distinctive advantage.
- Strong, proven process and quality mindset with a passion for finding innovative solutions.
