About You
We’re seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as our Sr. Process Engineer. In this role, you will develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and equipment through Scale-up, Root Cause Analysis, Process Flow, SOPs, and Work Instructions, while focusing on cost reductions involving labor, materials, and overhead. Also, by creating new product innovation and prototype design, and developing functional testing protocols under common concepts, practices, and procedures within chemical manufacturing

You will work across Production, R&D, and Quality to improve existing processes, scale up new products, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and strengthen the systems and documentation that support our operations. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on chemical manufacturing expertise with process improvement, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Get to Do
Improve How We Manufacture
Assess product specifications, documentation, and quality standards to improve the quality, stability, consistency, and efficiency of new and existing adhesive manufacturing processes.
Identify opportunities to reduce labor, material, and overhead costs while maintaining product quality and manufacturing performance.
Optimize production process parameters and controls and execute process validation protocols.
Plan workspace requirements and apply manufacturing-cell design strategies that support flexibility for high-mix, low-volume demand and new…
