The Role We are seeking a Senior Producer to act as the bridge between creative vision and execution, managing digital, brand, and spatial design projects from kickoff to delivery. The Senior Producer will be responsible for leading projects directly, as well as working with production leads on larger, integrated cross-functional projects such as activations, events, and immersive tech installations. The role focuses on day-to-day team activities, coordinating efforts to deliver client engagements successfully. You should be comfortable producing a project independently with and without support from junior staff, as well as collaborating with a larger production team on more complex projects. This role will require occasional travel to facilitate face-to-face client interactions and to oversee creative production in person when needed. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. This is a leadership role, ideal for someone with significant experience in creative production, project management, and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a natural collaborator, and has hands-on experience managing a variety of creative projects while staying on time, scope, budget and margin. This role is for someone with an affinity for youth culture, fashion, sport, and design. What You’ll Do Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for creative campaigns, design projects, digital experiences, and branding initiatives. Ensure seamless coordination and execution from inception to completion. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and setting clear expectations. Translate client needs and goals into actionable project plans and deliverables. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, strategists, and creatives. Provide guidance and support to keep projects moving smoothly. Budgets & Timelines: Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to margins. Track progress, anticipate issues, and make adjustments as necessary. Project budgeting is done in conjunction with senior leadership and account functions. Resourcing : Manage resource allocation (Float) along with the Creative Director, anticipating scope changes and making adjustments as necessary. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of the final product, ensuring that the creative vision is upheld and that deliverables meet the client’s standards.
