 What will you contribute? The Senior Product Analyst will collaborate with the Development and Product Management teams on product requirements, design, documentation, and risk mitigation strategies.  Participate in business case development, market research, and competitive intelligence analysis.  Develop business requirements and collaborate in the translation of business requirements into technical requirements, define system and functional requirements. This Senior Product Analyst will be part of Global Product Management team in Bangalore and will interact closely with development and testing teams. Roles and Responsibilities: As a Senior Product Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in Product Management and work closely with Product Owners in an Agile/Scrum environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business needs and translate them into clear specifications and user stories. Create and maintain product documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Participate in testing activities, including integration testing and validation of new features, ensuring quality and alignment with requirements. Work with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and business stakeholders) to support product development and delivery. Assist in preparing product training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams on new features and functionalities. Engage in real-world projects related to Treasury and Capital Markets, gaining exposure to financial instruments, valuation concepts, and market practices. Support release activities, including drafting release notes and coordinating with stakeholders for smooth deployments. Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements.
