About the Team Workday’s AI Platform team is responsible for building the foundational systems that power intelligence across all of Workday’s products. The Agent Passport team specifically leads the vision and execution for Agent Passport — a federated trust model that decouples security assertions from underlying agent code to bridge the enterprise trust gap. Serving as the essential 'ticket to entry' for the Agent System of Record (ASOR), Agent Passport creates a registry of third-party cryptographic 'Stamps' to validate security and governance across tiered assurance levels while fostering a monetizable trust ecosystem. We partner closely with product, engineering, and research teams across Workday to turn innovation into customer-ready capabilities. About the Role As a Senior Product Manager for Agent Passport, you will drive the roadmap, partner integration strategy, and feature delivery for the Agent Passport initiative within the Agent System of Record (ASOR). Sitting at the intersection of security, compliance, AI platform engineering, and ecosystem partners, you will define and execute capabilities around cryptographic Stamps, runtime defense, and certification workflows to establish Workday as the trusted security authority for autonomous AI agents. What You'll Do Define and Evolve Agent Passport Capabilities. Own the Agent Passport roadmap within ASOR. Define the stamp taxonomy, assessment criteria, and verification requirements, and author the specifications for each Passport stamp. Lead Partner and Ecosystem Integrations.
