The role translates AI platform strategy into product requirements, prioritized roadmap items, and reusable capabilities that support the safe deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and governance of AI agents across Duck Creek products and customer environments. This role works across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Security, Data, Legal, Compliance, Customer Success, Professional Services, and customer-facing teams to align platform capabilities with technical feasibility, governance expectations, and customer value.
