About the Team The Developer Platform Product Management team at Workday drives the product vision and strategy for one of our greatest differentiators: the technology platform that was purpose-built for the cloud. About the Role The Developer Platform is an embedded platform-as-a-service (PaaS) built on highly scalable cloud backend infrastructure and AI capabilities, enabling enterprise applications, AI agents, and core integrations to run securely and reliably. As a Senior Product Manager (P4) on the Developer Core Services team, you will serve as the strategic product lead responsible for building, scaling, and advancing our platform telemetry, logging, and observability foundation. You will lead cross-functional execution across backend engineering teams, drive architectural evolutions, and deliver high-throughput observability pipelines, OpenTelemetry (OTEL) integrations, enterprise logging systems (e.g., Splunk), and infrastructure telemetry APIs that underpin the entire developer experience.
