About the job Remote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona, Palma, Dublin, or Casablanca. This is a product role where a good idea in the morning can be in the product by the evening. You'll own Mapping & Content: the layer that decides whether a room one supplier calls "Deluxe Double" and another calls "Habitación Deluxe" are recognized as the same physical room, at a precision and coverage the rest of the industry hasn't matched. You’ll run it as a full business and product domain. You’re accountable for the outcomes, economics, priorities, and product decisions. You’ll help define what success looks like, then decide with your team what to prioritise, what to test, what to build, and where to make trade-offs. The problem underneath is unusually complex. A single physical hotel room can be described in 500 to 1,000 different ways across suppliers, languages, and content formats. How do you resolve that ambiguity at scale, and keep improving coverage without degrading accuracy? What makes it interesting for you You can move extremely fast. There's very little red tape, teams make their own product decisions, and the culture is much closer to ask for forgiveness than wait for permission. If something makes sense, you can test it quickly instead of spending weeks getting alignment. You own the path to the outcome. You'll agree what success looks like, then decide with your team how to get there. You get a genuinely hard, industry-wide problem.
