About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll lead on some of zerohash's most important Transact products, notably Auth - one of our highest-demand Value Added Service products. You'll be hands-on with execution, while also having a voice in shaping roadmap and strategy. Auth lets end users securely link and authenticate external accounts (custodial exchange accounts or non-custodial wallets) to move funds directly to and from their balance on our partners' platforms, without the friction of traditional crypto transfers. You will work closely with cross-functional design and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our partners and drive the growth of our platform.
Responsibilities
Help define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from ideation through launch, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to our customers.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
Ensure alignment and effective communication across all teams.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development.
Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years experience in Product Management.
Background in open banking or auth-related payments products - account verification, instant payment authorization, risk/fraud checks on funding sources, or similar.
Technical background required. You should be comfortable getting into implementation details with engineering, not just directing from a distance.
A tactical builder mentality - bias toward shipping and iterating quickly, not just long-range roadmap planning.
Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you can string together a SQL query
Experience with testing/integrating to APIs
