About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead development for our Web Platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role carries significant ownership and influence, requiring strong product judgment, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business strategy and customer outcomes. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product vision and strategic initiatives into well-defined, high-impact software solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates maturity in decision-making, a strong grasp of web-based platforms, and the confidence to lead within Agile teams while balancing tactical execution with long-term product goals. This is a hybrid position based out of our Downtown Phoenix corporate office. Essential Responsibilities Product Ownership & Delivery Own and drive the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product strategy, business objectives, and customer needs. Make informed prioritization decisions within and across sprints to maximize customer and business value. Ensure backlog items are clearly articulated, well-refined, and appropriately estimated to support predictable delivery. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and discovery sessions, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories. Partner with Product Management to support roadmap execution and incremental delivery of strategic initiatives. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features on time. Act as a trusted subject matter expert for the web platform, serving as a key point of contact for internal teams.
