The Impact You'll Make
You will play a key role in shaping how our manufacturing and distribution processes perform every day . By turning data and real-world observations into meaningful improvements, you will help create a more efficient, responsive, and sustainable operation.
In this role, your work will directly reduce waste, improve flow, and enhance quality —impacting both our customers and colleagues on the shop floor. You will empower teams to adopt practical lean methods that make daily work smoother, safer, and more effective.
Your voice and leadership will help build a culture where continuous improvement is part of how we think and act. You will support diverse teams, encourage inclusive collaboration , and ensure that improvements are sustained over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Analyze manufacturing and warehouse processes to identify waste and unlock productivity, quality, and flow improvements
Facilitate kaizen events and improvement workshops to engage teams and deliver measurable results
Develop clear project plans, dashboards, and visual tools that support decision-making and sustain improvements
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to optimize end-to-end processes
Coach teams on lean principles and daily management practices to build capability and long-term ownership
What We're Looking For
Hands-on knowledge of lean tools such as value stream mapping, standard work, 5S, and structured problem solving
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and improvements
Effective communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence diverse teams at all levels
Experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or data-driven continuous improvement environments
Leadership mindset and behaviors aligned with collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
