You will play a crucial part in ensuring the security, stability, and performance of our client/endpoint environment. This position, in alignment with the international team and service owners, involves managing our endpoint management systems, deploying software and security policies, resolving complex end-user technical issues, and optimizing the overall client architecture for performance and security. The job can be hybrid What You’ll Be Doing Drive the performance, reliability, and scalability of our global Windows and macOS endpoint environment , ensuring employees have a secure and productive digital workplace.\ Strengthen our security posture by implementing and optimizing endpoint security solutions , compliance standards, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) technologies.  Act as a senior technical expert for complex endpoint and device-related challenges, identifying root causes and delivering long-term solutions that improve user experience. Shape and evolve our global client architecture through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and operational efficiency.   Partner with colleagues across  Security, Networking, Infrastructure, and Applications teams to deliver integrated solutions and maintain a high-quality end-user experience . What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in IT Client Engineering, Endpoint Management, or a similar role supporting large-scale enterprise environments. Strong expertise in  Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), SCCM , co-management, and endpoint lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with  Windows and macOS administration , endpoint security practices, and cloud identity solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) . Solid scripting and automation skills, preferably using  PowerShell , combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Experience with  ZTNA solutions such as Appgate is considered an advantage.
