Senior Program Evaluator

The Senior Program Evaluator is responsible for leading and managing third-party program evaluations at the local, regional, state, and national levels. The position manages several evaluation projects and works closely with the EGD Director, clients, and project stakeholders to develop evaluation approaches that address program needs and key evaluation questions, including evaluation design, data collection, analysis, interpretation, visualization, and reporting. The Senior Program Evaluator also provides technical assistance to clients throughout the evaluation process. The position is expected to translate complex quantitative and qualitative findings into clear, actionable information for a variety of audiences, and supervises the EGD Evaluation Specialist and intern.
