The Role - Senior Project Manager As a Senior Project Manager within the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex client-facing projects, ensuring they are completed within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters in accordance with project management principles and organizational standards. In addition to managing strategic and high-visibility projects, you will provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Project Managers and project teams across the region by promoting project management best practices, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement. You will support resource planning, project governance activities, and operational initiatives that contribute to successful project execution and achievement of Professional Services revenue, utilization, and customer success objectives What you will do Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Professional Services projects by applying project management best practices across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.
