10+ years of construction/project management experience
Strong commercial, multifamily, or similar ground-up construction experience
Strong understanding of budgets, job costing, scheduling, and financial reporting
Experience with cost-to-complete forecasting and committed-cost tracking
Highly analytical and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions quickly
Someone who is hands-on and willing to dig into the details
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Austin-based and able to work full-time in the Austin market
Why This Role
This is a unique opportunity to bring commercial construction discipline into a rapidly scaling residential development business . You'll have significant visibility with ownership, the opportunity to help shape how projects are managed, and the potential to build a project management team as the company grows.
