This is a Bengaluru (Hybrid) role, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services in the Professional Services department. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Professional Services organization, leading the successful delivery of customer-facing projects. This role is responsible for managing complex engagements from initiation through closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services delivery, experience managing cybersecurity-related projects, and a practical understanding of how AI technologies can support service delivery, automation, analytics, and customer outcomes. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Lead the end-to-end delivery of Professional Services projects, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and closure Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements involving cybersecurity implementations, transformations, assessments, or optimization services Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, RAID logs, resource plans, and stakeholder communications Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, support teams, sales, and customer leadership Drive effective governance through regular steering meetings, status reviews, and executive updates Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity.
