We're looking for a Senior QA Analyst to join our team in a hands-on senior individual contributor role. This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about test automation, quality engineering, and software testing craftsmanship while mentoring other QA professionals. As the Senior/QA Analyst, you will own the automation strategy within your delivery pod by designing and maintaining Playwright/TypeScript automation frameworks, executing deep manual and exploratory testing, and helping establish a high technical standard across the QA team. You'll work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and the QA Manager while providing mentorship and guidance to QA Analysts. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on expertise with Playwright and TypeScript—the primary automation framework used across the team—not simply experience with multiple testing tools. You'll also be comfortable incorporating Claude or comparable AI-assisted development and testing tools into your daily workflow to improve efficiency and testing quality. Key Responsibilities Test Automation (Playwright & TypeScript) Design, build, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript. Own the automation architecture for your product area, including page objects, reusable utilities, fixtures, test data management, and reporting. Continuously expand automation coverage across UI, API, regression, and end-to-end testing. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast, reliable feedback throughout the development lifecycle. Troubleshoot failed automated tests and distinguish product defects from automation or environment issues. Continuously improve automation maintainability, scalability, and reliability. AI-Assisted Quality Engineering Use company-approved AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate test case creation, automation development, code review, and defect investigation.
