Overview As our Recruiter, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day. The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit: You’ll help Concora Credit attract and hire exceptional talent across the organization, with a particular focus on assisting with our college recruiting initiatives to attract early-career talent. You’ll also support full-lifecycle recruitment across the organization by creating proactive sourcing plans and managing entry- to mid-level roles. You’ll bring our culture to life for candidates, sharing our vision, values, and story in a way that helps them see what it’s really like to be part of our team. We hire people, not positions. We're seeking someone who wants to impact the business and play a pivotal role in leading the charge for change. Responsibilities As our Recruiter, you will: Assist our Sr. Recruiter with university recruiting by planning, attending, and representing the company at campus recruiting events, career fairs, and informational sessions. Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract well-qualified candidates, including all activities associated with sourcing, screening, and client management for both active and passive candidates. Oversee all offers, negotiations, closings, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent, build a network of candidates, and cultivate employee referral leads. Collaborate closely with managers at all levels to align job requirements, drive recruiting momentum, ensure hiring efficacy, and maintain time-to-fill efficiency. Qualifications Requirements: 2+ years’ experience with full cycle recruiting – sourcing, screening, negotiating, and the related administration pieces.
