Job Title: Construction Project Manager This position is full time and 100% travel within the central United States.                                    Reports to: Director of Project Management Salary: $110,00 - $130,000 DOE Travel: 100% Spriggs Excavation is recruiting for a full-time, 100% travel position. This role requires continuous travel to project sites across multiple states based on business needs and project schedules. Employees in this position should expect to be assigned to one location for an extended period—such as several months at a time—before transitioning to another project in a different state. For example, an assignment may begin in Texas, then move to Colorado, and later transition to New Mexico. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work wherever projects are located are essential requirements of this role. Job Summary: We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who lives our core values and vision, leading our field crews to greatness and building lasting relationships with our partners. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various civil construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are met, while supporting, coaching, and providing guidance to Project Superintendents. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and facilitate the Owner/Client partnership in the field. This position is full time and 100% travel within the central United States. Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead by example in a way that reflects our company culture and core values. Oversees a team of superintendents to ensure projects are completed to specification, on time and on budget. Determine needed resources including but not limited to manpower, equipment, and materials from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Manages each subcontractor to ensure that work meets quality standards and adheres to specifications. Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports. Duties/Responsibilities: Schedules and coordinates projects for efficiency and quality. Regularly communicates with clients concerning budget, schedule and quantity tracking. Ensures adherence to the budget and, when unexpected complications or issues arise, makes quick and necessary adjustments. Supports the superintendent in coordinating project needs and manpower and assists in directing day to day field activities as needed. Ensures safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that all safety codes are met in construction. Coordinates and communicates with the team regarding contract revisions, and additions and adherence by all parties. Collaborates with clients, supervisory staff, subcontractors, and engineers to discuss and resolve challenges.
