What is it like to be a Senior Sales Coordinator at Federated Insurance Reporting to the SVP, Sales, the Senior Sales Coordinator provides administrative, event coordination, communication, and operational support to the Sales team. This role is responsible for coordinating key sales initiatives, supporting sales meetings and events, preparing communications and presentations, maintaining reporting and data analysis, and assisting with programs that enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They possess strong business communication skills, experience supporting high-impact events, and a passion for delivering high-quality work that contributes to the success of the Sales organization. We want your talent   If you are great at:   Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing and presentation development. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Ability to analyze, organize, and present data in a clear and meaningful manner. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience coordinating high-impact meetings, events, and corporate functions. Proactive, resourceful, and customer-service oriented with a strong sense of accountability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.   If you have:   Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales events, support, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or coordination role. Experience supporting sales teams, corporate events, or business operations is preferred. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.   We really mean it when we say we put you first.
