What You’ll Do Analyze and validate business, functional, and technical requirements to define effective solution approaches Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and CCC-approved design standards Design, build, and deploy high-performance, scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem Collaborate with Salesforce developers, ETL teams, Business Analysts, and cross-functional partners to deliver cohesive end-to-end solutions Evaluate existing systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend changes that align with business objectives Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, performing detailed root-cause analysis and driving timely resolution Assess requirements and provide recommendations on scope, development effort, and technical feasibility Research, evaluate, and introduce new tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution quality Perform architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure maintainable and scalable implementations Participate in sprint planning, project planning, release coordination, and Agile ceremonies Provide regular updates during daily Scrum meetings and status reporting What You Bring Extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong proficiency in core platform capabilities Preferred certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and overall platform architecture—including data modeling, security, and automation frameworks Advanced experience with Apex…
