Set and uphold the internal development standard through writing clean, documented code and serving as the technical counterpart so SI partners, reviewing deliverables and progressively reducing outside dependency. Translate operational needs into working solutions through partnering with business stakeholders in order to convert real problems into well-architected features, and explaining trade-offs clearly to non-technical leaders. Operate with high ownership: proactively surface risks, drive prioritization decisions, and leave the platform better than you found it.
