Key aspects of the position include: Technical Execution: Identifying and analyzing technical issues, determining the scope of impact, developing preventative measures, recommending technical and operational improvements, and training clients. Project & Financial Management: Overseeing project schedules and costs, estimating budgets, managing invoices, and acting as the primary liaison between internal and client management. Business Development: Participating in sales presentations, drafting proposals, and identifying new product or service opportunities within the client's organization.
