Position Summary:
Your Impact (Essential Duties)
Coordinate department workflows, projects, and administrative functions to ensure timelines, deliverables, and priorities are met.
Support the partners and directors with scheduling, reporting, client service, and tracking of key initiatives such as process improvement, technology adoption, and resource planning.
Maintain accurate and organized records, department documentation, and data within internal systems.
Collaborate with administrative and operations teams to streamline cross-departmental communication and resolve operational challenges quickly.
Support onboarding and training logistics for new hires helping to ensure employees have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
Contribute to the firm’s culture by helping plan team meetings, events, and communications that strengthen connection and engagement.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative processes and provide recommendations to service line leadership.
Provide guidance and support to Service Line Administrators and administrative team members, sharing best practices and helping ensure consistent execution of processes.
Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership.
Your Background
Experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles — preferably within professional services such as accounting, legal, or consulting.
