Senior Software Developer / Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer / Engineer with proven expertise in Python , React , and PHP (Laravel/Drupal) to lead the development of robust, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of hands-on full-stack experience, strong architectural thinking, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams. You will own features end-to-end, modernize legacy systems where needed, and help guide best practices across the team. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React for modern frontends and Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) + PHP (Laravel/Drupal) for backend services and CMS. Build and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints (where applicable), and integrations with third-party services. Write clean, testable, and performant code while following industry best practices. Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features on time. Perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, and contribute to improving development processes and standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently to ensure high availability and performance. Participate in technical design discussions, sprint planning, and estimation. Ensure applications are secure, scalable, responsive, and maintainable across browsers and devices. Required Skills 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in React (including Hooks, Context API, Redux/Redux Toolkit, TypeScript, React Router). Solid experience with Python backend frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask preferred). Hands-on expertise in PHP (Laravel, Drupal or modern PHP practices strongly preferred). Build, customize, and extend Drupal sites (modules, themes, custom entities, and integrations). Experience building and consuming REST APIs, handling authentication (JWT, OAuth), and working with JSON/XML data. Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and ORM usage. Version control proficiency with Git . Excellent communication skills – able to discuss technical concepts clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Good to Have Experience migrating or modernizing legacy applications while integrating with newer Python/React/PHP/Drupal stacks. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes. Exposure to modern frontend tooling (Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Vite). Understanding of performance optimization, caching (Redis), and basic DevOps practices.
