About the Job As a Senior Software Engineer , help build and scale a category-defining healthcare data platform and you will have experience in Elixir and/or Python. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining the systems that power our imaging data marketplace and enable healthcare innovation at scale. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who thrives in an early-stage environment, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and takes ownership of outcomes. Beyond technical expertise, we're looking for someone who embraces collaboration, continuous learning, and helping cultivate a positive engineering culture. What You’ll Do Software Development & Architecture Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Elixir and Python. Build and support both early-stage and mature production systems that power Avandra's imaging data platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term platform strategy. Technical Leadership & Ownership Take ownership of projects from concept through deployment and ongoing support.
