Making music visible - at eye level with colleagues, partners and customers Whether you call yourself a developer, an engineer or just a software enthusiast, what matters to us is your drive to turn great features into reality. You'll work on MESLIS, our own product, which we keep developing to support collective management organizations. You won't be building for anonymous clients. You'll be building a product we use ourselves. If you're looking for creative freedom, technical depth and a motivated team, you've come to the right place. You'll work in a cross-functional team of Product Owners, Project Managers, Data Engineers, C# backend engineers, React frontend engineers and Platform Engineers. Together, we design cloud-native microservices, make architecture decisions and take features from idea to production. Our current tech stack Cloud-native microservices · Python (FastAPI, gRPC, Pandas, Poetry) · Machine Learning & LLMs · Event-driven architecture with Kafka · GCP (Kubernetes, Cloud SQL, Firestore) · Deployment & CI/CD (Bitbucket, Docker, ArgoCD, Terraform, SonarCloud) Here you set the tone Build cloud-native, event-driven data pipelines in Python, from data ingestion through enrichment and classification to matching and merging. Work on semantic search and clustering algorithms that intelligently merge and enrich events and venues, and on LLM-based components for extraction and validation. Measure and improve the quality of our models and pipelines using data-driven analysis, and use tracking and tracing to make the whole data flow transparent. Treat CI/CD, logging, monitoring and testing as a natural part of development. Share responsibility for stable deployments and the operation of our services with our GCP Platform Engineers and our C# and React engineers. Work closely with the business and product teams to design technical solutions that deliver real value. Your mix Several years of experience building distributed systems or microservices, ideally in Python Curiosity about data processing, ML and LLMs, and high standards for reliable, traceable data Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka or similar technologies Some hands-on experience with container, deployment and infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes or Terraform Enjoyment of cross-functional, agile teamwork Good English skills for communicating in our international team What you get for it A modern, cloud-based tech stack built on best practices, backed by the stability of the GEMA Group The chance to work on international projects in the music rights field, with direct product responsibility Learning together through regular visits to regional conferences and internal knowledge-transfer sessions Flexible working hours and a hybrid model with two home-office days per week and up to ten days of workation per year Extra benefits such as JobRad (bike leasing), a public transport ticket, a childcare allowance…
