Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our team and help bring our new Workforce product roadmap to life. This is an opportunity to play a key role in defining the frontend architecture and engineering practices of a new product, working across the full product lifecycle from early ideas and prototypes through to production. You’ll be someone who: Is passionate about using technology to have a meaningful impact in Education and is excited about the opportunities AI creates. Has a deep understanding of modern frontend engineering and enjoys building high-quality, scalable web applications. Cares about user experience, visual quality, accessibility, performance and the details that make great products feel great. Knows how to design and architect frontend applications that can evolve as a product grows. Has strong experience building reusable components, patterns and frontend libraries that enable teams to move quickly without sacrificing quality. Understands the value of design systems/component libraries and has experience contributing to or establishing them. Enjoys working closely with product managers and designers to turn ambiguous ideas into simple, and effective user experiences. Is comfortable working in a rapidly changing technology landscape and evaluating emerging technologies pragmatically. Is comfortable getting involved at every stage of the product lifecycle — from high-level ideation and prototyping through to implementation, testing, release and iteration. Enjoys mentoring other engineers and helping raise the technical bar across the team.
