About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Growth team, with a particular focus on optimizing onboarding and trial experiences. In this role, you will design, build, and continuously improve key product journeys that drive user activation, feature adoption, and trial conversion. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Data to identify friction points, test new ideas, and turn user insights into intuitive product experiences. Although this is a full-stack position, it has a strong emphasis on Frontend development. You will build user-facing experiences, run rapid experiments, and play an important role in shaping the beginning of the customer journey at Aircall. What You’ll Do Design, build, and optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, activation experiences, and trial flows. Develop complex, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using modern Frontend technologies. Build and maintain the Backend logic and API integrations required to support seamless product experiences. Create, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and product variations to improve activation, adoption, and conversion. Use product analytics and experimentation results to measure impact and inform future iterations. Take end-to-end ownership of projects, from technical design and implementation through release, monitoring, and optimization.
