We work collaboratively across 10 countries to collect, connect and understand complex data, so that governments, nation states, armed forces and commercial businesses can unlock digital advantage in the most demanding environments.   About The Team: A successful candidate for this role will work in Digital Intelligence’s Singapore Hub, with a focus on delivering and support complex systems to our customers. A Senior System Consultant is an experienced and versatile systems engineer with strong IT fundamentals and broad hands-on experience in deploying, integrating and supporting complex infrastructure and application technologies. They operate in mission-critical, high-security environments, working with large datasets and solving challenging engineering problems at scale. At a senior level, they are expected to work independently on complex and unfamiliar problems, taking end-to-end ownership through to resolution. They should understand wider system impacts, identify root causes and technical risks, and have the technical judgement to challenge existing approaches constructively and make practical recommendations. They should be capable of managing multiple priorities, leading complex technical investigations and working effectively across engineering teams within demanding project schedules. Strong customer engagement is essential, including the ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly, build trust and provide sound technical advice. Strong engineering discipline in testing, change management and documentation is also expected. Beyond their individual responsibilities, Senior System Consultants should develop deep knowledge of BAE products and third-party technologies, share their expertise, mentor other engineers and help strengthen the overall technical capability of the local engineering team.
